You pick your ideal group of friends, together we'll brainstorm to create an ideal menu and then just sit back and relax, I'll take it from there. I'll make sure everything is purchased, your home is fully equipped and then guide you and your guests through the proper techniques and culinary secrets to create a delicious meal and an unforgettably fun evening.
If your child is anything like I was, a hands-on cooking party, with a menu created for and by ourselves, would be awesome. As both an established culinary teacher throughout Northern Virginia and a mother, I Got You. First, I establish set parameter with you, the parent, then work directly with your child to create their vision. From there, I'll work with you to ensure everything is purchased, your home is fully equipped and your child's party is controlled but unforgettably fun.
Private In-Home Instruction
If you've always wanted to learn classic culinary technique and/or specific ethnic cuisine without going through a rigorous established curriculum- I Got You. Together we will create your personalized lesson plans and work around your schedule in the comfort of your own home.
If your child watches Iron Chef Jr. or just loves helping you in the kitchen, then consider private (or group private) culinary lessons. I'll teach Kitchen and Food Safety, Classic Culinary Techniques and work with my student to develop a curriculum tailored to their wants and enthusiasms.
Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, whatever your reason is for throwing a party, I Got You. From light fare to a multi-course sit down dinner, we'll work together to devise your ideal menu and I'll take care of the rest.
Depending you your needs, I can also supply rental material (tables, chairs, utensils, etc,) and extra help including bartenders, servers, dishwashers.
